Sargent Strategic Planning- Community Feedback

I’m writing to invite your feedback on our district’s identified areas of focus for our strategic planning process.

Community feedback is important as we form our strategic plan and I ask that you review the areas identified by our community focus group volunteers and also provide any thoughts and feedback you have. Please review the linked and attached slide deck that shows our process, the contributions and feedback we gathered from the community, and the three focus areas identified. Your feedback is crucial in ensuring our plan truly reflects the needs and aspirations of our community so please fill out the survey linked here and below. As we continue to build the draft plan out into action plans and performance objectives we will incorporate additional community feedback received.

A strategic plan serves as a roadmap for our district’s future. It helps us set clear, long-term goals for student success, align our resources and efforts effectively, measure our progress over time, and engage our community in shaping our district’s direction. Our goal is to create a living document that guides our decisions while allowing flexibility to address the differing needs of our rural district. It’s important to understand that while our strategic plan will focus on key priority areas, it doesn’t mean we’ll neglect other aspects of our district’s operations. The strategic plan helps us concentrate our efforts on critical improvements, while we remain committed to addressing all areas of need in our schools.
