San Luis Valley P.R.O.M Activity Opt Out Form

Parents, as we prepare for prom, our after prom committee has set up a presentation from the SLV First Responders Outreach Program.  This program will be delivered on Tuesday April 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the high school and in the underclassmen parking lot.  We feel that this program can be very beneficial to our young drivers and help them with making better decisions.  A copy of the flyer that is being sent home is below.  You only need to sign and return it if you do not wish your student to take part in this activity.  As always, if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.
